Mark of certification and logo is the exclusive property of ICV and can be used only on the basis of written agreement, under the rules and regulations defined in this document. It must be used by external parties after inscribing beneath it the awarded certificate registration number.
Use of the ICV logo and certification mark is subject to the following conditions. All certified organizations must comply with these rules throughout the validity period of their certificate.

Use of the ICV certification mark is permitted solely for organizations that possess a valid certificate of registration issued by ICV in their name, and only in accordance with the terms of the written agreement.
Warning: Unauthorized use, or use in an unauthorized way, is a breach of trust and violation of rules related to use of marks and logo, and is punishable under law.
